Thanks for reporting this. The Rogers left-turn arrows has been temporarily removed because construction can require drivers to use the left-turn lane to go straight. Drivers turning left must yield to oncoming traffic during this setup. We plan to restore the usual turn operation when the construction lane restriction ends.
