Thanks for letting us know. We temporarily removed the protected left-turn arrow on Rogers because construction can require drivers to use the left-turn lane to go straight. During this setup, drivers turning left must yield to oncoming traffic. We plan to restore the usual turn operation when the construction lane restriction ends.
