Other: Occupants frequently work on cars in their driveway very late into the night with very bright shop lights. Most of the cars seem to have non-working mufflers and they start and rev the engines late into the night. They also test drive the very loud vehicles up and down the area streets at extremely high speed. This activity frequently lasts late into the night. Last night it went past 11pm but it is not unusual for this to go well past midnight. I don't know what the city can do but this is clearly a nuisance for all area neighbors but especially the poor folks who happen to live next door.

Hi Ryan, Planning staff already have an ongoing case with the property in regard to multiple items for the vehicles (parking on unimproved, inoperable/not licensed). We spoke with a complainant and informed them of the matter that Planning does not oversee the Right-of-Way or noise complaints. Sending this back so the complainant can receive response in regard to those matters.
Passing this along for awareness, as it appears that the complainant is reporting that this address is functioning as a vehicle repair business from a home.
