Other: Sidewalk on Wylie at Hawthorne has been a mess for a long time. This photo is from 2 years ago I recently caught my ankle and almost fell. I know homeowners are responsible but you know they sometimes need a nudge. Could the City ne more proactive? Parking Enforcement could simply take photos and report places that need repair. Friends from out of town are shocked by the state of our sidewalks, especially when I tell them that the City isn't responsible for maintaining them.
