Other: I haven't been able to fully assess this, but: cars heading northbound at 17th & Dunn appear not to be triggering the light. (This happened to me a week or two ago, as well - which may also have been the day after an IU football game?) If southbound cars are turning left, northbound ones never get a green (during a particular "round"), but if southbound cars are going straight, then there's a bidirectional green. Or a pedestrian hitting a button for a walk sign will get a green.
