Other: This 4 way intersection currently has a two way stop sign. I’ve lived on Park for about 4 years and have seen many close calls, some with other automobiles, but also with scooters, bikes, and pedestrians. There is typically a lot of Templeton Elementary school traffic and kids walking to school crossing this intersection. Additionally the intersection view is very obstructed due to a large tree with undergrowth on the school property. Ultimately although I am no expert it seems like a four-way stop sign could solve many of these issues, in addition to trimming the lower limbs of the large tree.
