Other: The turn light on this signal never goes to the flashing yellow. Even when there is a long line of cars. It goes through a normal cycle as if it were a regular light. It causes an abnormal build up of traffic making it hard for anyone to get in the correct lane they intend to be in. It’s been happening for over a week. The traffic will build until a little past the previous light.
