Animal Control & Neglected Pets:

Other: There is a beagle mix that is left in an outside run all day and night and barks for hours and hours. I can’t get very close without going on to their property but if the dog is ignored for so long I worry about their general well being. It is the second house on the right when you turn onto Shelburne from Arlington. Rickety wooden structure in a tree as well.
