Other: Hey I noticed a change to the left turn arrows on west second street, at Liberty and Walmart. Instead of flashing yellow with 2-way green it's been changed to a red left arrow, as I'm sure you're aware. I'm also sure there's a good reason for it, but I've never seen traffic as backed up trying to enter Walmart as I have the last couple days. And today I sat through a red arrow with 2 greens while there was no one else around, except for the guy across from me, also sitting through a red left arrow. Seems inefficient, and I hope it gets changed back soon. Thanks for your attention!
