Other: I have previously reported this issue - over 2 weeks ago - and nothing has been done. There is an abandoned car - or if not abandoned, it's not in working order - that is parked on the public street. It is silver, has body damage, and no license plate. I am the Neighborhood Association President, and I'm tired of getting daily complaints about this car. The last uReport submitted looked like it was reported to the police dept. and closed. WHAT HAPPENED AFTER THAT? If you don't know or can't tell me, please provide me with EXACT instructions on who I should call and speak to - either at the City of Bloomington, or the Police dept. directly. Thank you.
