Other: The over grown trees and foliage along the side of the street block the line of sight for south traffic on Fritz including blocking the stop sign (with tree limbs and a new no parking sign that someone installed so its not visible to traffic).

Staff conducted a field review of the intersection. No vegetation was observed obstructing, and stop sign was clearly visible to approaching motorists. Visibility between the approaches at all way stop intersection was also found to be adequate. No corrective action is recommended at this time.
