Other: The drainage ditch along Eagleson overgrows with noxious weeds. I have just meticulously weeded and swept it, and was wondering if it could be tarred or sealed in some way, to reduce cracks where soil is exposed and weeds can take hold. ..? Can the homeowner do this? Or is this city property? Any products/advice would be welcome.
