Other: The existing speed bump on E. Covenanter Dr next to 2200 E. Covenanter Dr is so flat and worn that it no longer slows traffic — vehicles pass over it at full speed daily. My mailbox next to the bump has already been struck by a vehicle. I bike my children to school on this street almost daily, my kids walk our dog here, and other neighborhood children ride bikes on this section of road. Request: inspect the bump against city standards and rebuild/replace it to an effective profile with fresh markings and signage.
