Blocked Sidewalk:

Other: Work is being done in front of the animal shelter to widen the sidewalk. It looks amazing. The trouble is using the detour while this work is going on. It’s very hard/unsafe to cross the street there and is very unsafe to use the road. Tuesday October 13th I was able to use the detour to get to my destination. On my way home I was not, after 5pm. They blocked it while I was at my destination.
