Blocked Street:

Other: The Atlas on 17th does not accommodate parking for all its residents. This has pushed their renters into pouring into our roads and alleys. We need help combating this situation. We do not have enough spaces to park and they are throwing trash and beer cans into our family community. Due to then driving in our area, I have almost been hit by a car two times this week. I did call and report to police. One car threw a beer can out the window and yelled 'woah!' On the second occasion. We need help.
