Abandoned Vehicle:

Other: A truck with a trailer filled with trash has been left on the private lane outside my home. The trailer plates are expired by 11 years and it has been here for over 48 hours with no sign of anyone using it. I may know who it belongs to and have attempted to contact them and they have been unresponsive. It is impeding my access to my driveway and taking up about 40' of parking that myself and other residents of my block use.
