Other: Severe asphalt deterioration in front of the property. The roadway exhibits widespread alligator cracking (fatigue cracking) with a developing pothole in the center where the pavement is breaking away. This area requires patching and repaving to prevent further breakdown and potential vehicle damage.

Thank you for reporting this. We currently do not have plans to resurface S Romans Way, however I placed it on our Paving Request List. It is on our patch list in the meantime.
