Spoke with homeowner. she gave me permission to go in her yard. Did not notice any order until I got to within a bout 2 feet of the bin. No visible sign of meat in bin. Told her to turn the compost and add some more leaves, dirt, etc. She gave me permission to go into her backyard and check later this week, as well as in the even of future complaints (kb). 6/29/07 - Checked compost bin and there is no offensive odor coming from the bin (kb).
