Called Jamar Prop. Mgmt. which has never sent us a lease so we can pursue tenants for fines. Spoke w/ Marty Coleman. Explained procedures, told her this property is a problem & that I would be talking with the tenants today. Took Hewett w/me; no answer when we knocked. Left ticket and letter informing them that prop. mgt. co. had been notified and that we would be pursuing tenants for fines. Copy of letter in rental file.
