Went by property on today's date. Property vacant and trash is located everyone. Will contact Bill Howard again regarding property. 2/28/07 - Spoke with Bill Howard. He is realtor for the bank, not Jeff Onkst. Mr. Howard has complained in the past about the condition of the property to HAND and was told nothing could be done. Mr. Howard states that the bank has told him that they will be remodeling the home within the next 30 days with the intention of putting it on the market.
