Phone Call: Northeast corner of Dixie and Palmer. Chain-link fence with lots of overgrowth, poison ivy encroaching on adjoining properties. Caller says she and her neighbor have both spoken with the agent and owner more than once, and they come and trim the growth on the outside of the fence but do not do anything about inside their own.
