Phone Call: Gary Cain from the Health Dept. called saying there is raw sewage here. Tenant told him the house is on a holding tank and it continually over flows. City sanitary is available on Rogers St. Holding tank is in the back yard of 2020 S. Rogers. Owner is Jon Shipley at 512 S. Anna Lee Lane
