Issued citation. Owner Gretchen Kromer called twice this week, once to say it is being cleaned up, once to ask who made complaint. I told her it was a female tenant and for further info to call front desk. Took more photos today--cleaned up some; still things that look unuseable in yard (old pump, old sink, old bikes, old tools). Will set up mtg. w/planning re: commercial items left outside a rented property.
