Yard is being cut. Spoke with Mrs. Cooper owner is still David Schreiber 2231 W. Popcorn Rd. in Springville. Sent ticket. 05/17/2006 Still not cleaned up. Issued another ticket. 6/13/06 BPW gave permission to abate. We had this abated
