Phone Call: The address is not necessarily 425. The citizen stated that the house is on the East side of South Washington Street between Smith Avenue & 2nd Street. The lady who lives there has put out wood/debris with nails sticking out near the sidewalk. There are no stickers on it and he feels that it is a safety issue for pedestrians. He would like for someone to go out and look at the problem.
