Phone Call: Mr. Greenfield called to state that The Blue Bird's trash containers do not have lids and trash is all over the alleyway. He also states that employees sometimes do not put trash in containers they just dump it in the alley way. He would like a call back after an inspection has been completed because this is a ongoing problem.
