Phone Call: Caller stated that this has not been mowed since the City had the property mowed 8 weeks ago. Caller stated that it would be cheaper for her not to mow her yard and wait until the city mowes it.

Issued ticket. Owner was at home but closed the garage door as soon as I pulled in. I also heard her lock the door but she would not answer when I knocked. Still not cut. Issued another ticket. Will take this to BPW 10/18/2005 BPW gave permission to abate. 11/02/2005 we had yard cut.
