Phone Call: Tenants from Heritage Apts are putting furniture items beside thier dumpster. The owner of Dorchester Village Apt's (1610 S. Dorchester) is having children bring the furniture to his parking lot and put it in the parking spaces. The tenants do not want to look at this. Please call Erin back at the above number.

Drove through parking lot saw a half couch type piece of furniture. Called Erin told her I will call Heritage because it is on their property. They will have to get rid of it. 09/29/2005 Called Heritage Apts. explained that they have to get rid of the couch because it is on their property. Also told her that if anyone actuall witnesses the mgr. for Dorchester Village pulling stuff out of his dumpster and putting it on Heritage property they need to call BPD
