This is the cleanout for the building. One tenant keeps flushing items down the toilet that stops up the system. Tenant has been notified that if she continues she will be eveicted. The area in question is below the cleanout. Maintenance has cleaned up the area and spread lime. In the case of both complaints filed, maintenence has already addressed the problem. Maintenence has cleaned up area and treated it with lime. At no time does it appear to have gone up on patio of adjacent building.
