During TCC Meeting, Insight rep. Wendy Henry informed the council that apparently the weather alert notification signal was sent to the Bloomington area by mistake. Ms. Henry also stated that Insight CS should have been more helpful to Ms. Watzel and contacted the Weather Channel on her behalf. The TCC council appreciated Ms. Watzel taking the time to bring up this important fact that ties in with the overall emergency notification issue for Monroe County in order to have one source of information instead of several.
