Parking on Unimproved Surface: Violation
Email: Mr. Laurent paid a parking ticket on 11/16/2004 on the city's website, and the website did not update it. Also, he needs to pay for another ticket which occured on 2/01/2005

Told Mr. Laurent that the city has not received payment for either ticket. As far as the first ticket, if he paid the ticket by a check to see if it was deducted from his bank account, and if he paid online, then to provide the account statement showing the transaction. For the second ticket, if he could not pay it online, then to provide a note that uses that as an explanation as to why he couldn't pay the ticket before the seven day deadline.
