Phone Call: A CITIZEN CALLED TO REPORT THAT THERE IS TRASH BEHIND THE EASTLAND PLAZA STRIP MALL. HE ALSO STATED THAT THE DUPSTERS FOR THESE PROPERTIES DO NOT HAVE FENCES AROUND THEM.

DB--there is scattered litter around some of the dumpsters and a lot in the grassy area between the drive and the apartments to the south. Sent warning to owner in Indy 03/16/05 Contact person in Indy e-mailed saying he ha just gotten the warning on the compliance date. Gave him until 3/23/05 to get this cleaned up. 03/23/05 DB this is all cleaned up. Looks great.
