Phone Call: 15-20 bags of trash dumped at the end of the development; next to the bike path and railroad tracks. Some of the trash is in the creek/storm sewer.

Drove all over the place and couldn't find this. Called Mr. Glendening he said it is on the walking path about 100 yds. east of the by-pass. I told him I will check on it on Thursday. 2/25/05 walked down path and found trash on the other side of the creek. Found Aver's pizza box with delivery ticket o 2543 E. Eastgate Ln. Issued ticket & copied owner and agent. Called Mr. Glendening to let him know
