Phone Call: Ms. Bennett noticed a television cable from a utility pole that ran alongside her property, across a pathway to the Hays Court Apartment Complex on Sunday, 01/30/05. She contacted Insight and was told that they could not do anything about it until she provided them with an address that the cable belonged to. She feel that this is not her responsibilty and that this is a hazard.
