this is actually 602 & 608 W. 8th Street. Issued ticket to both. 9/8/04 602 has cut their weeds 608 has not. 9/15/04 received ticket back from 608 saying she is no longer the tenant or agent here. We have owner as living out of the country and we do no mail out of the country. Will stop by on 9/15/04 and try to catch tenant and/or leave drop card to find out who in state agent is.
