Other: Broadview resident feels bridge and pedestrian path between Walnut and Rogers is a hazard and needs to be more pedestrian friendly. Asked that weeds be cut so people don't have to walk in street to get over bridge. More gravel is needed on path. Questioned when other improvements will be made.

A new bridge and pedestrian pathway was installed to correct this problem, and the complaint system is just now being updated to reflect this change.
