Water Utility Billing Problems: Request
Letter: Customer stated they are going to have to install all new water lines due to over 5 line breaks during a 2 year period. Customer says they will not be able to pay for new line and pay utility charges at the same time.

Subcomm. on 7/27/04 and recommendation was made that request for waiver of all charges be denied but list of plumbers be given to customer and customer advised to keep making payments on payment agreement previously made with CBU. USB reviewed Admin. Subcomm. recommendation on 8/9/04 and approved the recommendation that waiver of all utility charges be denied but that customer be given list of plumbers and that customer be advised to continue to make payments on previous payment agrmt.
