Phone Call: Mr. Adams states that crossing east third street is dangerous. He states that there is no crosswalk and he has observed children and seniors having difficulty crossing the road. He wants to know if the City has plans to correct the problem.

Joyce Williams called Mr. Adams and explained that East 3rd Street starting at College Mall Road belongs to the state. Therefore, the responsibility for a crosswalk for people going from CVS to the mall lies with the state. Ms. Williams gave Mr. Adams a number for Tim Meunch (317 232 5345) at INDOT.
