Phone Call: rats are becoming a very serious problem. She has seen them in the day light hours cavorting around. She has killed two herself. A serious crack down on trash and brush piles must be undertaken

Working with Sylvia from Health dept. She will sign a complaint and we will require more frequent emptying of trash containers at 401 Woodlawn. No trash seen at 415, but lots of rat burrows. Spoke with owner of 415. She has already had burrows poisoned
