Phone Call: Weeds are growing over the sidewalk. Mrs. Yoder's father lives at 923 W. 6th and they are not happy with the weeds growing over the side walk at 917 W. 6th St.

I looked at this last week and stopped this morning to talk to the owner. I do not see anything that is impeeding walking on the sidewalk. The owner is more than willing to trim anything back that needs done. Called Mrs. Yoder she states that it is the stuff growing over head and in the tree plot. I explained to her that none of the growth in the tree plot is weeds and that I did not see any that was growing over the walk. I will talk to the owner again and have her trim the over head growth.
