Email: E-mail states that the property to the left of this address has not been taken care of for 3 years. The last time she complained they used a weed whip on the front 2 feet of their yard. The yard is completely overgrown. There are mice and God knows what else living in that mess. Why is it that nothing is being done about it? E-mailed Ms. Brooks to get clarificaton as to what property she was referring to. She replied and it is actually a part of the property behind her on 10th Street. Ticket will be sent 4/29/04 Owner did cut the grass. However the lot has been allowed to go back to a "natural" state.
