Phone Call: Several rats living in a hole next to the railroad ties at the SE corner of Atwater & Mitchell. Ms Cheek also notified the Monroe County Health Dept.

DB - there are rats on the north side of the property, however, it does not appear to be because of trash. Notified Parker Mgmt about problem. 4/22 - LMOM for Ms. Cheek, told her that I had verified problem and notified agent.
