Issued warning talked to tenant who said landlord said he was going to begin providing trash service for them. However the 90 gal tote that was provided has not been emptied in two weeks. Called owner told him he has to have permission from PW to have a private trash hauler. 4/14/04 on site with owner he has this cleaned up. He is going to start providing trash tags for his tenants.
