Trash: Request
Phone Call: A man called to report that there is a car that has not moved in over two years parked in a common parking area at 804/800 W. Kirkwood. He stated that the car is trashy looking. He also wanted to report that the property behind 109 N. Maple has a yard full of trash but he did not know it's address.

Drove alley did not see any trash. The house next to 800 W. Kirkwood is being remodeled and does have some wood (flooring type) piled in the back. Called Souix Hill, owner of 800/804 W. Kirkwood. This car belongs to her tenant. She does not know if it runs or not. Tenant is leaving in May and she is afraid she will get stuck with the car. I told her I will take a look at it and see if by PMC we can make him get rid of it. I have to have a signed complaint in order to make the tenant move the car.
