Insp. w tenant of 805 s henderson. there are rats in the yards of 600, 608 E 1st St. Insp of the properties at 600, 608, 612 E 1st st. burrows around all foundations. saw rats in foundation of 600. rats under back deck of 608. spoke to landlords of 600 &608 told them we need to have those properties exterminated. tickets issued to tenants of 600 & 608 for trash. spoke to Jeff fish -Maint. Man for 612. he said he would send an exterminator to treat for rats and burrows. no trash at 612.
