Letter: Letter from Ms. Henderson stated that she communicated to Util. Dept. personnel several times that she bought property that previous was on auto withdrawal for payment. She states she was assured that the January bill would not be to the account of previous owners. It was sent to wrong account, however. Ms. Henderson states she has had problems with Util. Dept. personnel in getting account straightened many times. Letter was sent to Mayor Kruzan.
