Phone Call: Mr. Greely is visually impaired that utilizes a guide dog. The Limestone Grill and the other businesses are plowing their parking lots and dumping the snow on the sidewalk. In order to safely walk to Kroger, his guide dog walked him in the middle of the street and had no idea until a motorist notified him.
