Entire yard is filled with trash. Sent Title 6 ticket. Called and left voice mesg. for Officer Kovach to call me back. 2/10/04 BPW gave permission to abate. Kevin will get bids. Contractor is cleaning property. Doors are secured but entry is still possible through a broken window.
