Sent ticket to owner for trash and scattered litter. Will have BPD run vehicles to make sure they are not stolen. BPD did not show vehicles as stolen. Will attempt to get them removed with a trash ticket. Ticket was sent to the wrong owner. Sent ticket to correct owner in California (3/29/04) thrash and appliances and one car are gone. The car that is still there I believe is in running order as it has moved several times. I am going to refer it to Planning for parking on the lawn/illegal storage.
