Phone Call: Mr. Plucker contacted the Public Works Department 12/19/2003. Mr. Plucker called Insight customer service to inquire about Insightbb and to see if there were any specials if someone were to sign up for the service. The Insight rep. told Mr. Plucker that there were no deals for the Insightbb service. A few days later Mr. Plucker heard an advertisement on the radio for the Insightbb service offering a special, he then contacted Insight in hopes of getting the service at the special price.

The Insight rep. told Mr. Plucker that they did not have any specials for the Insightbb service at this time. Mr. Plucker then received an ad in the December 14, 2003 Sunday paper advertising a special offer for the Insightbb service. Mr. Plucker contacted Insight and was told that there was no special. After reading the flyer in the paper to the Insight rep. he was then given the Insightbb special. Mr. Plucker would like to make the Council aware of the ordeal he had to go through to get the special pricing on the Insightbb. Mr. Plucker also feels that Insight deliberately mislead him in order to get customers to pay the full price for the service. Mr. Plucker also feels that he was lied to by Insight.
